摘要：目的 观察避蚊胺包合物霜剂的驱蚊效果。方法 以SD大鼠为模型，通过实验室驱蚊试验观察避蚊胺包合物霜剂对淡色库蚊的驱蚊效果。结果 避蚊胺包合物霜剂的有效驱蚊时间达到14～15h；13h以内的有效驱蚊率为100％，15h以后为83．51％。结论避蚊胺经过β-环糊精包合后具有明显缓释驱蚊作用。
Objective To evaluate the repelling effect of DEET inclusion complex cream. Methods Taking SD rat as model to study the repelling effect of DEET inclusion complex cream on Culex pipens pallens in laboratory. Restilts Effective repellent time span of DEET inclusion complex cream were for fourteen to fifteen hours. The effective repellent rates was 100% within 13 hours, and 83.51% after 15 hours. Conclusion DEET β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex had obvious sustained repelling effect.
