摘要：NOVELTY - A methane-rich pulverized coal-preparing system has upright furnace, inlet chamber provided on furnace whose middle section has cylindrical shape, outlet arranged in bottom portion of furnace, partition plate that separates top portion of furnace and inlet chamber, dispersion hole uniformly distributed in partition plate, burner flange arranged at top portion of inlet chamber, gas heat carrier inlet arranged on side portion of inlet chamber and cylindrical process burner arranged inside inlet chamber. The upper end of process burner passes through burner flange. USE - System for preparing methane-rich pulverized coal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system effectively improves heat transfer efficiency between pulverized coal particles and heat source, and effectively increases yield of small molecular hydrocarbons in pyrolyzed products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A methane-rich pulverized coal-preparing system has an upright furnace, an inlet chamber provided on the furnace whose middle section has cylindrical shape, an outlet arranged in bottom portion of the furnace, a partition plate that separates top portion of furnace and inlet chamber, a dispersion hole uniformly distributed in the partition plate, a burner flange arranged at the top portion of the inlet chamber, a gas heat carrier inlet arranged on side portion of the inlet chamber, a cylindrical process burner arranged inside inlet chamber. The upper end of the process burner passes through the burner flange and lower end passes through partition plate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing methane-rich pulverized coal.
