摘要：小冲杆试验方法是一种针对材料性能评价的微型试样测试技术,经过各国研究人员30余年的不断研究,该技术日趋成熟并已经在相关领域应用。由于各国的技术路线不同,其试验设备要求、试件尺寸、数据处理方法等均不统一,因此制订中国小冲杆试验法标准十分必要。分析了小冲杆试验法试验设备的关键性能指标,提出了试验设备的技术要求;分析了目前各国采用的小冲杆试样尺寸和模具尺寸及其对力学性能的影响,讨论并提出了标准试样尺寸建议。
Small punch test（SPT） is a miniature specimen test technique to evaluate mechanical properties of materials.After over 30 years continuously research,the technique has become more and more matured and has been applied in the relevant fields.As the technical route in different countries are quite different,the requirements for the test equipment,the dimensions of specimens,the methods for data processing are not unified,it is very necessary to formulate a set of SPT standards.The technical requirements for the test equipment have been proposed after the key features had been analyzed,and the effects of different dimensions of SPT specimens and different dimensions of receiving dies to the test results have been thoroughly studied.The dimensions of SPT specimen are recommended.
