摘要：运用资料法、逻辑推理等研究方法,探讨体育慈善助力共同富裕的价值意蕴与实现路径。认为体育慈善助力共同富裕的价值包括:是助力扩大内需的有效途径;是实现共同富裕的重要力量;是促进社会治理的必要手段。我国体育慈善发展的难点主要为:现代慈善理念匮乏,体育慈善的社会共识淡薄;监管机制不健全,体育慈善运行总体效率低下;组织建设相对滞后,体育慈善的专业化水平较低;法律保障不充分,体育慈善可持续能力差。提出我国体育慈善发展的路径:明确体育慈善角色定位,完善管理制度及其法律保障;推进体育慈善文化建设,营造“人人慈善”的浓厚氛围;加快体育慈善组织发展,提升慈善专业化职业化水平;推进体育慈善精准帮扶,开启慈善助力共同富裕新征程。
Using the methods of Literature Analysis and logical reasoning,the value and path Choosing of sports charity for common prosperity were discussed in this paper.The values include an effective way to help expand domestic demand,a vital force to achieve common prosperity,and a necessary means to promote social governance.The difficulties in development of sports charity in China are mainly as follows:the social consensus is indifferent,the supervision mechanism is not sound,the organization construction is relatively backward,and the legal protection is insufficient.Finally,the development path of sports charity in China are proposed:We should clarify the role orientation and improve the management system and its legal guarantee,promote cultural construction and create a strong atmosphere of"charity for all,"accelerate the development of organizations and improve the professional level of charity,promote precise assistance and open a new journey of charity to help common prosperity.
