摘要:经过亲核取代、分子内酰化和酯化等反应,合成了16个不同结构的硫杂蒽酮羧酸及其衍生物。其中硫杂蒽酮-4-羧酸异丁酯等5个化合物为新合成化合物。改进了反应条件,讨论了反应机理。用红外光谱、质谱和元素分析确证了化合物的结构。解释了紫外光谱中的最大吸收波长与结构的关系。
Sixteen different thioxanthonecarboxylic acids and their derivatives were prepared by aromatic nucleophilic substitution, intramolecular acylation and esterification. Five esters among them are new compounds. Reaction conditions were modified and its mechanism were discussed. The compounds were identified by iR ,MS and element analysis. The relationship between the wavelength of maximum absorption and structure was also explained.
