摘要:管板设计统一理论指出,ASME方法是统一理论简化力学模型下的特殊情形。数值计算对比分析表明,各种情况下统一理论的预测结果与有限元分析结果符合得非常好,而ASME的结果不够准确或是错误的。
Theoretical comparison shows that ASME method can be obtained from the special case of the simplified mechanical model of the unified theory. Typical geometries and loading are considered and the general method is used to check the adequacy of design. Predictions were compared with the results obtained from axisymmetric FEA analysis and current ASME method in this paper. Comparison results indicated that predictions given by the unified theory agree well with FEA while ASME results are not correct or not accurate.
