摘要:采用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(GPOE)作为增韧剂,利用Haake转矩流变仪熔融制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/热塑性淀粉(TPS)/GPOE共混材料。通过拉伸、冲击、动态热力学、差示扫描量热、扫描电镜等方法对共混材料进行研究:PLA共混材料伸长率可达到400%左右,冲击性能有大幅提高;TPS中甘油富相T(β)随着TPS的加入先下降后上升;GPOE的加入使TPS相尺寸减小,相容性提高。
Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/thermoplastic starch(TPS)/glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) grafted poly(ethylene octane)(GPOE) composites were gained by melting mix in Haake.Elongation of PLA/TPS/GPOE is improved to 400% and the impact strength has a great improvement.GPOE and TPS have played the role of plasticizer in PLA composites and T(β) declines first and then ascends with the increase of TPS content.From scanning electron microscopy(SEM) graphs,the compatibility of PLA/TPS/GPOE is improved with adding GPOE and the phase size of TPS is decreased.Possible reaction(GMA & glycerol) in PLA composites has been also proved through water absorption test.The possible reaction equation and drawing of glycerol enriched in TPS were proposed.
