摘要:PEDOT: PSS-based flexible sensors have become a key focus in ocular electrophysiology due to their applications in biomedical fields. In this study, an orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the key parameters of the PEDOT: PSS spray coating process (spray pressure, distance, cycles, and time) to improve the electrical performance and transmittance of flexible corneal sensors. A PDMS-based corneal sensor for full-field electroretinogram (ffERG) recording was fabricated and compared with commercially available ERG-Jet and DTL electrodes. The optimized soft PDMS contact lens electrode (PCLE) device, made under the conditions of spray pressure: 0.08 MPa, spray distance: 15 cm, spray cycles: 3, and spray time: 3 seconds, achieved 65.8% transmittance, and an electrochemical impedance of 130.6 ± 18.7 Ω, meeting ISCEV standards. In in vivo tests with New Zealand white rabbits, the PCLE device recorded high-quality ffERG signals. ? 2015 SPIE.
