摘要：亲水－亲油平衡值（ＨＬＢ）是表面活性剂的重要参数，如何快速、简便地测量ＨＬＢ值，一直是人们关心的课题。迅速、及时地测量破乳剂的ＨＬＢ值，对破乳剂的合成及破乳机理的研究，都具有非常重要的意义。研究了破乳剂的水数与ＨＬＢ值之间的对应关系，结果表明，两者之间有很好的对应规律。采用水数法研究了国内常用的３种类型的破乳剂，用关联曲线表述了它们的水数与ＨＬＢ值之间的对应规律。此外，还研究了破乳剂的ｐＨ值和测量温度对水数的影响。
The hydrophile lipophile balance(HLB)is a key parameter of surfactants(also demulsifier).How to determine the HLB value simply and quickly has been puzzling researchers for a long time,which is important to the synthesis and the study of demulsification mechanism of demulsifier.The correlation between water number and HLB value was studied,and the results indicated that they corresponded with each other very well.The rules of correspondence of water number and HLB value of three series of demulsifiers used widely in home were also studied,and the results were expressed by curves.Besides,the effects of pH value of demulsifier and testing temperature on water number were studied as well.
