摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of iron-aluminum based porous material comprises preparing iron and aluminum powder at mass fraction of 40-55%, mixing, placing in planetary ball mill, adding 8-25 mm diameter GCr15 grade steel bal at ratio of 3:1-10:1, adding 0.5-1.5 wt.% mixed powder, adding process control agent, vacuumizing to 0.1 MPa, pumping with argon gas, grinding at speed of 200-600 revolutions/minute, milling for 1-10 hours, pressing, placing in furnace set at 620 degrees C with heating rate of 5-10 degrees C/minute, holding for 2-4 hours, raising temperature to 1200-1300 degrees C, sintering for 0.5-2 hours and cooling. USE - Method for preparing iron-aluminum based porous material (claimed) used for high-temperature dust filter and liquid solid separator.
