摘要:NOVELTY - Nylon 66 and polycarbonate are dried for 12 hours at 90 degrees C in a high-performance vacuum dehumidifying drier. Nylon 66, polycarbonate, silicone rubber, and montmorillonite are mixed in a mass ratio of 100:(5-10):(1-5):(0-1), melted in a screw extruder, and extruded into pellets of nylon 66/polycarbonate/silicone rubber high-temperature-resisting engineering plastic material. The melting temperature is 265-300 degrees C, the rotation speed of the screw rod is 50-100 rpm, and the residence time of the mixture in the twin-screw extruder is 120-400 seconds. USE - Manufacture of nylon 66/polycarbonate/silicone rubber high-temperature-resisting engineering plastic material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides engineering plastic materials with excellent mechanical properties and high-temperature resistance.
