摘要：从价值链的基本原理出发,探讨基于城市群的区域价值链分工“雁阵模式”。在此基础上,聚焦集成电路这一战略性新兴产业,定量测度长三角区域价值链各环节的增值水平,并实证检验该区域的城市等级对产业价值链增值能力的影响。结果显示,集成电路产业价值链的核心环节呈现倒U型的“哭泣曲线”形态,生产制造、封装测试等中下游环节拥有较高增值水平;长三角的城市等级对于集成电路企业的增值能力存在正向影响,其与成本费用率、企业规模的交互效应分别对企业增值能力产生正向和负向影响。最后,提出城市群的空间布局与产业布局要加强良性互动,更加重视产业链“制造”环节,健全区域价值链分工推进机制。
From the basic principles of the value chain,this paper discusses the flying-geese model of regional value chain division in urban agglomeration.Based on these,focusing on the strategic emerging industry of integrated circuit,it measures the value-added level of each link in the value chain of the Yangtze River Delta region,and empirically tests the impact of the urban hierarchy of the region on the value-added ability of the industrial value chain.Results show that the core links of IC industry value chain present inverted U-shaped Weeping Curve,and the middle and downstream links such as manufacturing,packaging and testing have higher value-added levels.The urban hierarchy in the Yangtze River Delta has a positive effect on the value-added capabilities of the IC enterprises,and its interaction effects with the cost-expense ratio and the enterprise-size respectively have positive and negative impacts on the value-added capability of the IC enterprises.In the end,it puts forward some suggestions that the spatial distribution and industrial distribution of urban agglomeration should realize better benign interaction.Besides,it is realistic to pay more attention on the manufacturing link of industrial chain and improve the mechanism for promoting the division of domestic regional value chain.
