摘要:综述了国内外催化裂化多产丙烯工艺的特点、产品分布、催化剂及工业应用情况。详细介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发的多产液化气和柴油的工艺、多产低碳烯烃的重油深度催化裂化工艺、重油直接制取乙烯和丙烯的催化热裂解工艺及西安交通大学、中国石化集团洛阳石油化工工程公司等单位联合开发的灵活多效双提升管催化裂化工艺。
This paper reviewed the characteristics, distributions of products, catalysts and industrial applications of catalytic cracking process for increasing yield of propylene both inside and outside China. This paper introduced in detail the processes of enhancing LPG and diesel fuel production, deep catalytic cracking of heavy oil and heavy oil catalytic pyrolysis for making ethylene and propylene developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPEC, and flexible double riser catalytic cracking process developed jointly by Xi'an Jiaotong University and Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation, SINOPEC.
