摘要:Aiming at a large flow deaerator, an image measurement system of droplet particle size was established, which realized image acquisition, image recognition, particle size calculation and distribution statistics. According to the characteristics of large spray flow, large spray space and wide particle size distribution of the deaerator, a high-speed industrial camera and a no strobe light were selected, and an adjustable bracket for installing the industrial camera and light source was designed, and the waterproof treatment was completed. The droplet profile recognition and particle size calculation are completed by using mature droplet image processing software. According to the number, surface area and volume of droplet, the distribution of droplet in different particle size was analyzed. According to the principle of spray deaeration, it is proposed to select the Sauter mean diameter as the main parameter to evaluate the atomization performance of nozzle of deaerator, and calculate the Sauter mean diameter at different flow rates. The practical application shows that the image measurement method has the advantages of flexible operation, strong adaptability and low cost for the spray scene with large flow and large space. With the development of image sensing and processing technology, the droplet image measurement method will have a wider application prospect. ? 2025 SPIE.
