摘要：本文采用自编问卷随机取样,并对结果进行统计分析,结果表明,影响上海市民幸福感的因素主要有:个人事业取得的成就、居住的安全感、作为上海人的身份认同感、住房条件和上海市目前的物价水平。总体来说上海市民的精神需求表现出大于物质需求的趋势。
The result which is random sampled and statistical analyses shows the related factors of well-being of Shanghai citizens are： achievements of personal career,safety of neighbourhood,the belonging of ID of shanghai citizens,the size and conditions of flats and the pricing policy of shanghai city.In general,the spiritual needs of shanghai citizens are much more than the material needs.
