摘要:为了解决水泥基注浆材料在施工过程中出现的高温引起的注浆返浓问题,本文选取聚羧酸减水剂和蔗糖进行了水泥浆液流变性能试验,考察减水剂和蔗糖掺量对浆液流动性的影响,并研究了温度、时间对水泥浆液流变性能的影响。结果表明,水化时间对水泥浆液的流变性影响不大,而温度升高会增大水泥浆液的剪切应力和表观粘度,利用减水剂与蔗糖的复合作用可以降低水泥浆液的屈服应力和表观粘度,可以有效调控水泥浆液随温度变化的流变性能。
Water reducing agent and sucrose were selected to regulate the rheologieal behavior of cement paste, so as to solve" the viscosity's suddenly increase of the returned paste" problem caused by high temperature during construction process. The effects of the dosage of water reducing agent and sucrose and the temperature and time on the rheological behavior of cement paste were investigated. The results show that, the shear stress and the apparent viscosity of cement paste increase without significantly with the delay of time, while the shear stress and the apparent viscosity of cement paste increase obviously with the increase of temperature. The shear stress and the apparent viscosity of cement paste present a sharply descend incorporating with water reducing agent and retarder, thus to obtain a better rheological behavior of cement paste.
