摘要：本文以2019年TEM4写作评分为例,分析讨论了阅卷过程中评分员产生的生理与心理的疲劳表现、疲劳产生的主客观因素以及对阅卷评分的影响。研究基于截取的评卷数据,并对评分员的访谈进行分析研究,最后对缓解评分员疲劳与提高阅卷质量提出了若干建议。
Taking the marking of 2019 TEM4 writing as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the physiological and psychological fatigue of the raters,the subjective and objective factors resulting in fatigue,and its influence on the marking process.The research is based on the analysis of data in the rate-marking database and interviews with the raters.Suggestions are put forward to relieve the raters fatigue and improve the validity and quality of the grading.
