摘要：随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,对健康的要求程度也不断提高。我国政府提出了"人人享有基本卫生保健服务"的重要目标,实现这一目标的一个重要举措就是区域医疗信息化的建设。我国各级政府和相关机构大力发展区域医疗、社区医疗的协同建设,取得了一定的成绩。本文以上海市区域医疗信息化的建设为例,分析取得的效能,并且对于区域医疗建设上遇到的技术、管理问题进行分析。
With the continuous development of China＇s economy,people＇s living standards are gradually improved,the requirements of citizen＇s health also rising.Chinese government attaches great importance to the ＂access to basic health care services＂.Achieving this goal is an important measure of the regional medical information building.Government and relevant agencies at all levels over the past few years the strong development of regional health care,community health care collaborative building,and have achieved certain results.In this paper,taking the Shanghai region medical informatization as an example,the reform performance of Shanghai regional medical informatization are presented,then the problems encountered are analyzed both in technical and administration aspects.
