摘要:对20 mg/L的高浓度双酚A(BPA)在活性污泥中的吸附与降解特性进行了研究。结果表明,空白组灭活污泥、空白组未灭活污泥和对照组未灭活污泥分别在4、0.5和2h时对水相中的BPA去除效果最好,去除率分别为90.0%、81.35%和99.65%。空白组未灭活污泥降解BPA的能力较弱,10 h时的降解量仅为0.84 mg/gMLSS。BPA疏水性好,故空白组灭活及未灭活污泥对BPA的去除主要通过泥相吸附作用,而对照组未灭活污泥去除BPA以降解作用为主,2h后基本降解完全,降解量为9.65 mg/gMLSS。外层EPS在BPA降解过程中起过渡传质的作用。
The adsorption and degradation of high-concentration (20 mg/L) bisphenol A (BPA) with activated sludge were investigated. The results showed that BPA in liquid was removed effectively at 4 h in unacclimated inactivated sludge, 0.5 h in unacclimated activated sludge and 2 h in acclimated activated sludge, and moved by degradati Due to the good the removal rates were 90.0%, 81.35% and 99.65% respectively. The BPA reon with unacclimated activated sludge was as insignificant as 0.84 mg/gMLSS at 10 hydrophobicity of BPA, the removal of BPA by unacclimated inactivated and unaccli- mated activated sludge was mainly due to adsorption. However, most of BPA was removed by biodegrada- tion in acclimated activated sludge, and the removal amount of BPA via biodegradation was 9.65 rag/ gMLSS at 2 h. The outer EPS played transition role in the process of BPA removal.
