摘要:为解决塔设备发生保温层下的腐蚀导致壁厚局部减薄问题,通过常规的强度计算方法和有限元方法进行壁厚计算分析,并采用超声测厚,了解最小壁厚,以确定相应的修复补强方案。对于发生壁厚减薄的塔设备,可以根据实际减薄情况进行修复。根据修复补强方案,通过补强或加固,可有效降低塔体减薄区域的应力水平,提高塔体的稳定性。经多台塔设备的加固工程实践,表明修复方案能有效抵御台风的侵袭,保证塔设备的安全运行。
Corrosion under insulation results in local wall thickness reduction of tower equipment.General calculation method of strength or finite element analysis method can be used in wall thickness calculation.When the minimum wall thickness is found out after measured with ultrasonic method,a practical repair plan can be worked out.Notable results can be achieved in stress reduction and improvement of tower stability with reinforcing or strengthening techniques.After several tower equipments have been repaired and strengthened,the practical results show that the repair method can ensure safe operation of tower equipment against the typhoon.
