摘要：NOVELTY - Recombinant Pro-A and/or G coupled polysaccharide affinity medium comprises recombinant Pro-A having three B structural domains connected in series, and affinity difference between different structural domains and antibody Fc fragment is avoided. Binding domains of albumin and the surface of cells are removed from recombinant Pro-G to reduce nonspecific binding. The Pro-G contains three C-terminal antibody binding structures containing 55 amino acids and two C-terminal compartments containing 16 amino acids. The affinity medium is A and/or G protein coupled polysaccharide gel particles. USE - The affinity media is useful for separating and purifying antibody class proteins (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Reconstructed recombinant protein has stable performance, high binding specificity with an antibody and its analog and is convenient to couple with polysaccharide gel particles. Purification efficiency of Pro-A and/or G coupled polysaccharide gel medium purified antibody and its analog is high, antibody elution condition is single, purity is high, and purification is simple and convenient.
