摘要："新生代农民工"有着与其父辈不同的观念与意识,这种不同源于整个城市化进程的推进。在新的环境背景下,"新生代农民工"对于自我的身份认同和行为方式都有着新的构建。从现有的文献入手,通过内容分析的方法展现出文献中所构建的"新生代农民工"主体特质框架,再通过实证分析加以检验,论证文献内容与实证研究结果的一致性,从而构建出清晰而全面的"新生代农民工"主体特征框架。
＂ The new generation migrant worker＂ have different ideas with their parents, it due to the whole urbanization. In such background, ＂the new generation migrant worker＂ have construct the new identity and behaviour. This article attempts from the existing literature by content anal- ysis of the methods that are constructed in the literature show ＂the new generation migrant worker＂ characteristics framework, and through empirical analysis demonstrated to inspec- tion, content and empirical research literature, aiming to use the result uniformity of the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, exploring the real characteristics of ＂new gen- eration migrant workers＂ , thus establish a clear and comprehensive characteristics frame- work.
