摘要:利用目前在天然气应用领域中较为全面和精确的GERG—2004方程建立天然气数据库,使用FORTRAN程序,VBA宏语言和MATLAB编写了插值算法,在CFX仿真计算中调用了数据库中物性数据。以天然气迷宫式调节阀三维模型为研究对象,基于k-Epsilon流动模型,调用天然气物性数据库,实现了以天然气为介质的迷宫式调节阀仿真,为以天然气为介质的过流部件仿真提供了解决思路。
Natural gas database is established by GERG—2004 equation which is very comprehensive and accurate in the field of natural gas application at present.Interpolation algorithm is defined by user FORTRAN program,VBA macro language and MATLAB.Physical property data in database is called in the numerical simulation of CFX.This paper takes the natural gas labyrinth type valve as an example,calling physical property data in the numerical simulation based on k-Epsilon flow model,completing the simulation of labyrinth control valve using natural gas as medium,which provides a solution for the simulation of over-current components with natural gas as medium.
