摘要:测定了14个苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂的吸收波长,发现引入卤原子使紫外线吸收性能提高。计算了10个紫外线吸收剂的溶解度参数,测定了6个紫外线吸收剂与高分子材料的相容性,发现引入长碳链有利于提高紫外线吸收剂与高分子材料的相容性。通过光氧化降解实验证明了紫外线吸收剂对高分子材料有较好的防护作用。
UV visible absorption of fourteen type II UV absorbers of benzotriazol structure was tested, and the increase of their molar absorption coefficient and the red shift of their maximum wavelength were due to halogen in their molecule structures. Solubility parameters of ten UV absorbers were calculated. Compatibility of six UV absorbers was also tested. It was found by this test that the introduction of long chain alkyl group improved the UV absorber's compatibility. Photodegradation test proved that UV absorbers could efficiently protect the polymers involved.
