摘要:针对矿产资源开发模块化袋式除尘器进风分配技术需求,开发了带鱼嘴式分布挡板的矩形截面进风管,分析了新型进风管内部流场结构,对比了进风管截面积形状、截面积大小对其风量分配性能的影响。研究结果表明,新型带鱼嘴式分布挡板的矩形截面进风管相比于传统圆形截面进风管具有更优的风量分配效果,同截面积条件下,不同出口流量占比的标准偏差由2.05%降低至0.68%,与理论平均值的最大相对偏差由27.57%降低至10.57%;随着截面积的增加,进风管不同出口的流量分配平均性呈现先增加后稳定的变化趋势,优化条件下不同出口处流量占比的标准偏差为0.43%,最大相对偏差4.20%。相关研究成果应用于百万吨级钾肥生产线袋式除尘系统,运行效果优良。
Aiming at the demand of air distribution technology of modular baghouse in mineral resources development,a rectangular section blat pipe with fishmouth distribution baffle was developed and the internal flow field structure of the new blat pipe was analyzed,including both shape and size's influence of the cross-sectional area of the blast pipe on its air distribution performance.The relevant results show that,the rectangular section blast pipe with the new type of distribution baffle has better air volume distribution effect than the traditional circular section blast pipe.Under the condition of the same cross-sectional area,the standard deviation of the proportion of different outlet flows can be reduced from 2.05%to 0.68%,and the maximum relative deviation from the theoretical average can be reduced from 27.57%to 10.57%.With the increase of the cross-sectional area,the average distribution of flow at different outlets of the blast pipe shows a trend of being increased first and then being stabilized.At the optimal conditions,the standard deviation of the proportion of flow at different outlets is 0.43%,and the maximum relative deviation is 4.20%.The related research results applied to the baghouse system of the million-ton-level potash production line has an excellent operation effect.
