摘要：自改革开放以来,在放权压力型的总体体制安排下,地方政府发展本地经济的冲动一直很强烈。招商引资作为发展地方经济的重要途径,一直为地方各级政府所重视,甚至成为一些地方政府工作的重中之重。政府招商引资虽然不乏成功的案例,但其暴露的各种问题也是有目共睹的。本文将主要对招商引资中地方政府的信用缺失问题包括信用缺失的表现、原因及其对策进行研究。
Under reforming and opening policy, local governments in China have a powerful emotion to develop their economy and pay great attentions to attracting business and investment outside their own regions and abroad. In this campaign, we have big successes, but many proglems are also obvious. This article mainly points out the lack of local governmental credit during attracting business and investment and suggests some solutions.
