摘要：推进产教融合是党的二十大指出的重大战略任务。“双一流”建设高校是实施创新驱动发展战略、开辟发展新领域新赛道、不断塑造发展新动能新优势的重要的科技和人才策源地,在促进创新链、产业链、资金链、人才链深度融合中发挥着不可替代的作用,已成为产教融合新阶段科技和人才重要供给主体。该文深刻剖析“双一流”高校的产教融合的典型做法、实践路径,总结归纳为合力育人型、汇智治城型、聚才兴产型等类型。研究促进产教融合创新平台建设、卓越工程师创新人才培养和创新联合体构建,支持政产学研用协同创新主体凝聚共识。
Advancing industry-education integration is a major strategic task outlined by the 20th CPC National Congress.Universities under the"Double First-Class"Initiative serve as pivotal hubs for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy,exploring new domains and pathways for development,and shaping new drivers and advantages.They play an irreplaceable role in deepening the integration of innovation,industry,capital,and talent chains and have become key suppliers of technology and talent in the new phase of industry-education integration.This paper thoroughly analyzes the typical practice and implementation pathways of industry-education integration in"Double First-Class"universities,categorizing them into three primary models:collaborative talent cultivation,city governance through intelligence convergence,and industrial revitalization via talent aggregation.The study further explores strategies to promote the development of innovation platforms for industry-education integration,cultivate outstanding innovative engineers,and build innovation consortiums,thereby fostering consensus among government,industry,academia,research,and application entities for collaborative innovation.
