摘要:针对不同尺寸的含凹坑半球形封头与圆柱壳体连接结构压力容器 ,采用有限元极限分析方法研究了结构不连续处不同位置凹坑的极限载荷 ,得到了边缘应力效应对极限载荷几乎没有影响的结论 ,为含体积型缺陷的此类结构压力容器的安全评定提供指导。对有限元极限分析方法的正确性进行了实验验证 ,证明使用
Limit load for the pressure vessels of different sizes of the spherical head with pit in various location and the cylinder is studied by means of FEA It's concluded that the edge stress effect on the limit load can be neglected when the limit load is calculated, which will guide the safety assessment of this kind of pressure vessel with volume-scale defect The test study on the validity of the FEA approach shows that it is practical and safe for the limit load estimation using the five times elastic slope method
