摘要：为找出我国乒乓球超级联赛中各俱乐部发展滞缓的原因,本文运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,以各俱乐部的组织管理机制、运行状况以及商业运作等方面为调查对象,对俱乐部的经营现状进行分析,从而提出了四点可操作的对策与建议:规范部门设立;制定互联网门票策略;全面开发衍生产品;加大宣传力度。通过各俱乐部的运行与经营状况剖析,以期为我国乒乓球俱乐部的运营提供可操作性建议,为我国职业体育俱乐部的发展提供借鉴。
In order to find out the reasons of slow development of the table tennis Super League clubs in China,literature review and questionnaire survey methods were used to examine the management mechanism,status and commercial operation. Based on the research,four pieces of countermeasures and suggestions are provided： standardize departments structure; develop internet ticket selling strategy; develop derivative products; enhance marketing efforts. This paper analyzed the performance and operation status of the club,hopefully to provide recommendations for the operation of Chinese table tennis club and reference for the development of professional sport club in china.
