摘要:综述了国外研究以对苯二甲酸为原料,直接加氢制备1,4-环己烷二甲醇的两段法和一步法的专利技术,包括各种工艺及催化剂的研究进展。评述了对苯二甲酸苯骨架加氢、1,4-环己烷二甲酸羧基加氢的专利技术和对苯二甲酸一步加氢法等专利技术。
1,4- Cyclohexanedimethanol, produced commercially by the hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate in a two - stage catalytic process, is an important compound as a raw material of polyester. However, direct hydrogenation of terephthalic acid as a starting compound is still studied in laboratory. The patent publications related to the catalytic processes for the production of 1,4- cyclohexanedimethanol by hydrogenation of terephthalic acid in two stages or one stage,including the development of technology and catalyst research are reviewed.
