摘要:研究了 Na OCl/ H2 O2 协同氧化制备壳寡糖的适宜工艺条件 ,即用 0 .6 mol摩尔配比为0 .2 5的 Na OCl/ H2 O2 协同氧化剂氧化降解 6 0 g壳聚糖 ,反应 p H为 6 ,温度为 55℃ ,时间 8h,可使98%的壳聚糖转化为壳寡糖。通过对降解产物的氨基含量及红外图谱分析 ,证明该氧化反应主要是以开裂壳聚糖的β( 1 ,4 )糖苷键来进行的 ,并对该反应的机理进行了讨论。
The preparation of chito oligosaccharide by synergistic oxidation of sodium hypochlorite/hydrogen petoxide was studied. The suitable technological conditions of the reaction as follows:chitosan 60g, NaOCl/H 2O 2 synergistic oxidant 0.6mol and ratio 0.25, pH6, temperature 55℃, reaction time 8 hours. The result of reaction is that 98 percent chitosan was degraded into chito oligosaccharide. With the analysis of NH 2 content and IR spectrum of degradation product, it was proved that splitting β (1,4) bond of chitosan carried out this oxidant reaction.
