摘要:采用两水平因子设计和响应面设计,以红霉素A的相对含量为目标函数建立二项式模型,经Design-Expert 6.0.10软件分析得到优化结果:每100ml发酵液中分别补入ATP 0.00102g、L-蛋氨酸0.01132g、硫酸镁0.0224g、柠檬酸0.0278g、氯化锰0.0034g、L-苏氨酸0.0288g和L-丝氨酸0.0384g时,可使红霉素A相对含量由80.2%提高到89.2%。
Two level factorial design and response surface methodology were used to obtain quadratic models for the relative percentage of erythromycin A in the fermentation liquid. The optimal conditions were obtained using Design- Expert 6.0.10: feeding the microorganism with ATP 0.00102, L-methionine 0.01132, MGSO40.0224, citric acid 0.0278, MnCl2 0.0034, L-threonine 0.0288 and L-serine 0.0384g· (100ml)^ -1, respectively. The relative percentage of erythromycin A could increased from 80.2% to 89.2%.
