摘要:以L-阿拉伯糖为手性原料,分别经Wittig反应、丙酮叉保护和高碘酸钠氧化合成标题化合物,3步总收率79%。该方法起始原料便宜易得,反应条件温和,操作简便,收率高。所有化合物结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、IR和MS进行了结构表征。
L-Arabinose was used as the chiral starting material,which went through a Wittig reaction followed by acetone protection and NaIO4 oxidation cleavage and gave S-(-)-glyceraldehyde acetonide,with a total yield of 79%. This method features inexpensive starting materials,mild reaction conditions,proper procedures and high yield. All compounds were confirmed by1 HNMR,13CNMR,IR and MS.
