摘要：中国特色社会主义制度克服了生产力与生产关系之间矛盾的对抗性,从而使人的"需要"与"生产"之间的矛盾成为社会主要矛盾,这是新时代我国社会主要矛盾的理论依据。改革开放以来,中国特色社会主义现代化建设取得的显著成就,为新时代我国社会主要矛盾的提出奠定了实践基础。坚持"四项基本原则"是新时代我国社会主要矛盾得以突显的前提条件。在解决"不平衡不充分的发展"过程中,应引导人们正确区分"需要"与"欲求",防止"需要"无限制地膨胀而演变成为"欲求",引导人们通过"劳动"来实现自身价值。"新时代"就是"社会主义初级阶段"的新阶段。把握新时代我国社会主要矛盾,既要看到新时代的"变",又要看到社会主义初级阶段的"不变"。
The socialist system with Chinese characteristics has overcome the contradiction between the productive forces and the productive relations,thus making the contradiction between“need”and“production”become the main social contradiction.In solving the problem of“unbalanced development”,we should guide people to distinguish between“need”and“desire”,and prevent“unnecessary”expansion from“need”to“desire”,and guide people to realize their value through“labor”.The“new era”is a new stage of“the primary stage of socialism”.To grasp the main social contradictions of our country in the new era,we should not only see the changes of the new era,but also see the“constants”in the primary stage of socialism.
