摘要：文章首先对知识员工、雇主以及知识员工对雇主信任的概念进行了界定。在对大量相关文献进行梳理的基础上,结合知识员工对雇主信任的特征,归纳出信任的五个影响因素,分别为:雇主的正直、能力、关心、公平以及提供的报酬。进而提出相关性和影响性两组假设,并构建出知识员工对雇主信任影响因素的概念模型。实证部分在问卷设计和样本收集的基础上,使用SPSS软件对数据进行处理,利用相关分析、回归分析对文中的假设进行检验,最后得出结论:雇主的正直、能力、关心、公平,是知识员工对雇主信任的四个影响因素,并具有显著的影响效果。
This paper first defines the concepts of knowledgeable employees, employers and knowledgeable employees＇ trust in their employers. Next, on the basis of a careful analysis of abundant relevant literature, and in view of the features of knowledgeable employees＇ trust in their employers, the paper summarizes five influential factors that make it possible for employees to trust their employers. The five influential factors are as follows ： the employer＇ s integrity, his ability, his care or concern for his employees, his just and fair treatment of his employees and the monthly wages he provides for his employees. Following this, the paper puts forward two groups of correlation and influential hypotheses, and it devises the conceptual model of factors influencing knowledgeable employees＇ trust in their employers. On the basis of designing questionnaires and gathering samples, this empirical study employs correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the hypotheses by using SPSS. The results indicate that the employer＇ s integrity, his ability, his care for his employees and his fair treatment of them are the four significant factors that influence knowledgeable workers＇ trust in their employer.
