摘要:NOVELTY - Flame-retardant epoxy resin composite material is prepared by adding amine polyphosphate (APP) into an epoxy resin, stirring at 80 degrees C for 1 hour, subsequently adding 1-oxo-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6,7-trioxo-1-phospha-bicyclo(2,2,2)octane (PEPA), heating at 120-160 degrees C for 2.5 hours, and then adding m-phenylene diamine, mixing uniformly at 80-160 degrees C, and curing in vacuum oven for 6-12 hours. USE - Flame-retardant epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The compatibility between epoxy resin and flame-retardants such as APP and PEPA is improved. The epoxy resin has improved mechanical property and flame-retardant property, by adding reduced amount of flame-retardants. The flame-retardant epoxy resin has high oxygen index and is environmental-friendly as it generates reduced amount of halogen-free smoke which is non-toxic and non-corrosive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flame-retardant epoxy resin composite material is prepared by adding amine polyphosphate (APP) into an epoxy resin, stirring at 80 degrees C for 1 hour, subsequently adding 1-oxo-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6,7-trioxo-1-phospha-bicyclo(2,2,2)octane (PEPA), heating at 120-160 degrees C for 2.5 hours, and then adding m-phenylene diamine, mixing uniformly at 80-160 degrees C, and curing in vacuum oven for 6-12 hours. The content of amine polyphosphate with respect to epoxy resin is 5-20 wt.%, preferably 5-10 wt.%. The content of 1-oxo-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6,7-trioxo-1-phospha-bicyclo(2,2,2)octane with respect to epoxy resin is 2-15 wt.%, preferably 5-10 wt.%. The content of m-phenylene diamine with respect to epoxy resin is 2-13 wt.%, preferably 4-10 wt.%.
