摘要:NOVELTY - A composite membrane is obtained by preparing inorganic material-containing ceramic substrate, soaking in coating liquid containing polyamic acid nanoparticles dispersed in N,N-dimethylacetamide, performing imidation and carbonization, obtaining modified ceramic substrate, preparing homogenous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol, coating polyvinyl alcohol solution on modified ceramic substrate, drying at room temperature, adding to acetone solution containing glutaraldehye and hydrochloric acid, crosslinking and drying. USE - Composite membrane is used for pervaporation-separation of methanol and water. ADVANTAGE - The composite membrane is manufactured by simple process in short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite membrane is obtained by preparing inorganic material-containing ceramic substrate, preparing coating liquid containing polyamic acid nanoparticles dispersed in N,N-dimethylacetamide, soaking inorganic material-containing ceramic substrate in prepared coating liquid, performing imidation and carbonization at 300-800 degrees C, obtaining modified ceramic substrate, preparing homogenous solution containing 10% polyvinyl alcohol, coating 8-12 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol solution on modified ceramic substrate, drying at room temperature, adding to acetone solution containing glutaraldehye and hydrochloric acid, crosslinking for 30 minutes and drying at room temperature. The content of glutaraldehye in acetone solution is 1-6 wt.%. The content of hydrochloric acid in acetone solution is 0.5-2 wt.%.
