摘要:基于三维有限元分析,对不同尺寸C(T)试样的统一蠕变拘束参数Ac进行计算研究。获得了宽范围不同厚度比B/W、不同宽度W和不同裂纹深度比a/W的C(T)试样的拘束参数Ac值,探明了试样尺寸对拘束的影响规律。结果表明,B/W对C(T)试样的拘束影响最大,W次之,a/W的影响最小。随B/W和W的增加,参数Ac降低,试样拘束水平增加,蠕变裂纹起裂(CCI)时间变短,蠕变裂纹扩展(CCG)速率加快。在测试材料的CCI时间和CCG速率及改变C(T)试样的拘束水平时,应重点考虑B/W和W的影响。
Based on three-dimensional finite element analyses,the unified creep constraint parameter Acof C(T) specimens with different sizes was researched. The values of parameter Acof C(T) specimens with a wide range of B/W,W and a/W were obtained,and the influencing rules of the specimen sizes on constraint were verified. The results show that B/W has the most significant influence on the constraint of C(T) specimens,and the influence of W is second,and the influence of a/W is smallest. With the increase of B/W and W,the parameter Acdecreases and the constraint level of the specimen increases,causing shorter creep crack initiation(CCI) time and faster creep crack growth(CCG) rate. When measuring the CCI time and CCG rate of the material and changing the constraint level of C(T) specimen,the effects of B/W and W should be mainly taken into account focally.
