摘要:探讨了测定核壳式纳米铜-锡双金属粉的各组分含量的重量分析法。由于纳米粉体中的铜元素在稀盐酸中有少量溶解现象,故在稀盐酸中添加一定量还原剂次亚磷酸钠,以达到盐酸只溶解该双金属粉中的锡而不溶解铜的目的,用称重法测定铜含量,再计算出样品中锡的含量。同一样品的3次分析结果对平均值的偏差均不大于0.2%,与络合滴定法比较,结果相差不大于0.1%,说明该方法的重复性好且数据可靠。
A new gravimetric method for determining Cu and Sn in the core-shell Cu-Sn bimetallic nanoparticle was proposed. The Cu nanoparticle acts against its routine properties and can be dissolved by hydrochloric acid. By adding the reductive agent, sodium hypophosphite, into hydrochloric acid, Sn of the particles is dissolved completely, and Cu entirely leaves in the remains. So dip Cu-Sn bimetallic particles in this acid, stir completely, then dry and weigh the remains. In this way, Cu and Sn in the bimetallic particles can be determined. For one sample, deviation for three parallel experiments is less than 0.2%, difference between the result of this method and that of compleximetry is no more than 0.1%.
