摘要:采用固定床流动装置考察了乙烯直接氧化制乙酸的新工艺 ,并对该过程的催化剂进行了研究开发。结果表明 ,以硅胶为载体、铬氧化物为助剂、Pd和 H3 PO4 的质量分数分别为 0 .0 1 5和0 .30时 (以载体的质量计 ) ,催化剂具有最佳活性 ,此时乙烯的转化率和乙酸的选择性分别可达4.4%和 68.9% ,乙酸的单程时空收率达 1 34g/ ( L·h)。
The oxidation of ethylene to acetic acid has been researched in the fixed bed reactor. The catalysts for this process have also been studied. The results are as follows: supported on SiO 2, promoted by Cr oxide, the catalyst with w Pd =0.015 and w H 3PO 4 =0.30(based on mass of carrier) is the best; the conversion of the C 2H 4 and the selectivity of AcOH could reach 4.4% and 68.9% respectively and the once through space time yield of AcOH could reach 134g/(L·h).
