摘要：西藏人口老龄化趋势逐渐加剧,虽然其民族、宗教及地域特点对其家庭传统养老模式的延续起到了一定的保护作用,但随着现代化进程的不断深入,这一养老可持续发展受到了一定挑战。通过对西藏林芝地区农牧民家庭及青年群体的深度访谈与问卷分析,从制度养老、家庭养老、社区养老"三位一体"对西藏林芝地区农牧民养老保障制度改进的模式进行设计,从而为西藏和谐社会建设过程中老年人养老问题的解决,为西藏乃至广大农牧区养老模式及其保障体系的政策设计提供镜鉴。
The trend on the aging of the population in Tibet increases gradually. Although the ethnic and geo- graphical characteristics there play a certain protective effect on the continuation of the family security mode, the sustainable development of the aged security system is challenged. Based on an interview and questionnaire investi- gation on farmers and herdsmen families and youth groups in Nyingchi of Tibet, we attempt to design a pattern for the improvement of aged security system supported by families and communities, which may provide references for solving the aged problem and policy designing of security system in the process of building harmonious society.
