摘要：华东理工大学社会与公共管理学院，自开展本科生全程导师制已经五年时间了，全程导师制度的推进，需要学院各系，学院的学工系统以及教务部门的合力才能高效的发挥其作用，学院的教务部门是一个服务于学院，服务于学生，服务于导师的部门，它是学院实施教学管理的重要环节，学生思政建设的有力助手，起着上传下达、联系疏导的纽带作用，它是导师与学生沟通的重要渠道，本文就现阶段开展全程导师制以来对于我院教务管理体制建设的推进，对教务工作的影响和意义做简要的分析探索。
The social and public administration school of ECUST, has been established the ful-time tutorial system for undergraduates for five years. To impel the system, it requires contribution of every department of school, the lecturer as wel as the department of educational administration, combining actions indeed to bring into fulplay. The educational administration department as a department that service the school, the students, and also service the lecturer. It is the very important and furthersome segment of implementing educational management and psychological and political education, it plays a key efect on not only transmit information, but also on building the communication channels between lecturer and students. This essay is going to analyze impacts and significance on how did the ful-time tutorial system for undergraduates impel the educational administration.
