摘要:借助WAXD、SAXD和DSC等手段研究了炭黑与聚乙烯复合体系在不同热处理条件下的结晶行为及聚集态结构的大尺寸效应对PTC(Pos.Temp.Coeff.)特性的影响。结果表明,热处理不仅提高基体的结晶度,而且使基体的长周期和微晶尺寸增加,提高导电复合物PTC强度及PTC特性的重复稳定性。由此提出,不仅结晶度大小,而且聚集态大尺寸效应性能对PTC特性有重要影响的新观点。
In this paper, the effect of the behavior of melting and crystallization, long spacing and crystal particle size in polyethylene/CB composite on PTC properties were investigated by means of WAXD, SAXS, DSC et al The experimental results showed that the crystallinity, long spacing and crystal particle size of the matrix were raised by annealing, and the PTC intensity and reproducibility of resistivity temperature curve were enhaneed The paperpoints out that not only crystallinity, but long spacing and crystal particle size also play an important part in PTC properties
