摘要:以硬脂酸铵为水泥砂浆防水剂,研究了硬脂酸铵防水剂对水泥砂浆力学性能、毛细吸水性和孔结构的影响,分析了三者之间的相互关系。结果表明,硬脂酸铵防水剂具有一定的引气效果,导致水泥砂浆体系内孔结构增多,使水泥砂浆的抗压强度随着硬脂酸铵防水剂的掺量增加而逐渐降低;硬脂酸铵防水剂在0.2%掺量情况下,孔径<20nm的无害孔增多,水泥砂浆的抗折强度增大;在0.7%掺量情况下,孔径>100nm的有害孔增多,导致抗折强度降低;硬脂酸铵防水剂使水泥砂浆的微孔增多,但其依然具有很好的防水效果,随着其掺量的增加,防水性能不断提高。
Ammonium stearate is used as cement mortar waterproofing agent. The effect of ammonium stearate waterproofing agent on the mechanical properties, the capillary water absorption and the pore structure of cement mortars are investigated, and the relationship among of them was analyzed. The results show that ammonium stearate waterproofing agent has certain air-entraining effect, resuhing more pore structure in the cement mortar and the compressive strength gradually decreases with the dosage of ammonium waterproofing agent increasing. When the dosage of ammonium stearate waterproofing agent is 0.2%, the harmless pore of pore diameter 〈20nm increases and the flexural strength is enhanced. When the dosage of ammonium stearate waterproofing agent is 0.7% , the harmful pore of pore diameter 〉 100nm increases and the flexural strength weakens. Ammonium stearate waterproofing agent increases the pore structure of cement mortar, but it still has very good waterproof effect, and the waterproof performance improves gradually with the increase of its dosage.
