摘要:用电加热金属丝网装置在氮气气氛下进行快速热解实验,考察了温度、加热速率、压力、加热时间和煤样粒度对霍林河和义马褐煤脱挥发分的影响。结果观察到,挥发分析出率(V)随着温度的增高而增加,两种煤样的极限产率均超过了工业分析挥发分产半。加热速率对最终挥发分析出率(FV)的影响不仅因煤种而异,而且与终温有关,对于霍林河煤加热速率没有影响;对于义马煤,在600℃下,加热速半亦无影响,而在800℃下,FV随加热速率的提高呈现上升趋势。煤样粒度的影响类似于加热速率。没有观察到压力对FV的明显影响。
Flash pyrolysis was conducted under nitrogen atmosphere in an electrically heated grid installation. The effects of some physical factors, such as temperature, heating rate, pressure, heating time and coal sample size, on devolatilization were investigated for two Chinese lignites (Hulinhe and Yima coal). It was observed that the volatile matter yields were increased with enhanced temperatures, and the ultimate volatile matter yields both exceeded those determined by proximate analysis. The influence of heating rate on the final volatile product yield depended on coal type as well as on peak temperature. There was no effect of heating rate for Hulinhe coal, and no effect also for Yima coal at 600℃, but the final product yield for Yima coal at 800℃ showed a tendency to increase with enhanced heating rate. The effect of coal sample size was similar to that of heating rate, while no significant effect of pressure on the final volatile product yield was observed.
