摘要:NOVELTY - A functionalized mesoporous organic glass porous bracket preparation method involves mixing meso-porous organic glass powder, binder and pore-forming agent, where the meso-porous organic glass powder is silica, calcium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide, followed by pouring into a mould, applying 2-5 MPa pressure, roasting material in a muffle furnace to obtain meso-porous organic glass porous bracket, placing obtained product in ammonia 3-triethoxysilyl-propyl-succinic anhydride solution, vacuum drying, and performing carboxylation reaction to obtain finished product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A functionalized mesoporous organic glass porous bracket preparation method involves mixing meso-porous organic glass powder, binder and pore-forming agent in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.5:0.05-0.15:0.3-0.5, where the meso-porous organic glass powder is silica, calcium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide in a mol ratio of 70-90:25-5:5-2, followed by pouring into a mould, applying 2-5 MPa pressure, roasting material in a muffle furnace to obtain meso-porous organic glass porous bracket, placing obtained product in silane coupling agent, propyl triethoxy silane and ammonia 3-triethoxysilyl-propyl-succinic anhydride solution, vacuum drying, and performing carboxylation reaction to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing functionalized mesoporous organic glass porous bracket that is utilized for repairing bone tissue. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing functionalized mesoporous organic glass porous bracket with high porosity, strength and load capacity.
