摘要:通过砂磨分散研制了配制水性墨水用的水性炭黑色浆。采用正交试验,优化了水性炭黑色浆的分散工艺,考察了乙二醇对炭黑分散的影响。结果表明:分散剂添加量2.5%,砂磨转速2000 r/min和研磨时间120 min为最优工艺条件。添加10%乙二醇,制得的水性炭黑色浆ζ电位为-38.5 meV,平均粒径为117.1 nm,放置90 d后平均粒径为159.6 nm,具有较优的贮存稳定性和应用性能。
The carbon black dispersion for aqueous ink was prepared by sand mill. The dispersing process was optimized and the effect of ethylene glycol on carbon black dispersing was investigated by orthogonal tests. The results indicated that the optimum preparation condition were dispersing 2 h at 2 000 r/min with 2.5wt% of dispersant. The carbon black dispersion mixed with 10(wt)% of ethylene glycol showed good storage stability and application property. The ζ potential of the fresh dispersion was -38.5meV, the mean particle diameter at initial state was 117.1 nm and became 159.6 nm after 90 d.
