摘要：NOVELTY - A remote real-time monitoring system comprises server (10), acquisition terminal (20) and programmable logic controller (30). The server, acquisition terminal and programmable logic controller can establish a local area network via a wired Ethernet network and using established local area network to communicate with each other. The acquisition terminal comprises open platform communication module and real time welding data of welding robot system collected from the programmable logic controller. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A remote real-time monitoring system comprises server (10), acquisition terminal (20) and programmable logic controller (30). The acquisition terminal comprises open platform communication module and real time welding data of welding robot system collected from the programmable logic controller. The acquisition terminal is used to upload real-time welding data to server at a preset frequency.
