摘要:研究了应用计算流体力学对萃取过程混合澄清槽采用的大三角型桨叶进行改进,在大三角型桨叶基础上叠加闭式涡轮结构,并以水为试验介质进行验证。结果表明,改进的大三角型桨叶在抽吸能力上有明显提高,混合效果有一定改善,而搅拌功率消耗并没有显著提高。
The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation was used to improve triangle impeller in mixing tank.A shrouded turbine with six flat blades was overlaid on the original triangle impeller,and verification tests were carried out in water medium.The results show that the improved triangle impeller has significant improvements in suction capacity and in mixing effect comparing with the primary triangle impeller,but the power consumption does not increase obviously.
