摘要:NOVELTY - Hydrophilic chromatographic filler having mixed ion exchange mode (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful in chromatographic mode based hydrophilic chromatography or ion chromatographic separation and selective enrichment of glycopeptides or phosphorylated peptides in modified proteomics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I) controls and optimize ion exchange capacity. The preparation method has excellent controllability, repeatability and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Hydrophilic chromatographic filler having mixed ion exchange mode of formula (I) are new. dotted line = silica Gel i.e. spherical silica gel which is zygotic ion bonded phase with terminal group; n = 0-4; X = positively charged functional group including amino and quaternary ammonium groups; and Y1 = negatively charged functional group including carboxy group and sulfonic acid group. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (I).
